Electra club

The Electra club is a lively and popular evening club which provides a safe, friendly and informal environment for its members to socialise as well as occasionally access mainstream activities in the local community. It provides the opportunity to meet and make friends and gain support for those feeling isolated or lonely or those recovering from a mental health problem. There are rules agreed by the members and quarterly meetings are held by members to discuss the programme of activities for the following 3 months.

The club provides a range of activities including:

  • Comedy film night
  • Pool competition
  • Bingo
  • Drawing night
  • Games night
  • Music quiz
  • Food themed nights
  • Cinema outings
  • Bowling
